Marshall Leasing COVID-19 operational statement
The COVID-19 journey continues to produce operational challenges. However, delivery and collection of vehicles is now being carried out in relatively normal circumstances.
As a customer service based business we will make every effort to maintain our service levels whilst at the same time ensuring that the health and safety of our staff is not compromised. We have introduced operational procedures which will enable our business to continue working throughout the current circumstances. However there will no doubt be some disruptions to normal service. The nature of our business means that we are to some extent reliant on the provision of auxiliary services.
We have in place procedures to ensure that our switchboard and Driver Services line remain accessible as far as is reasonably practical. Should these lines fall off temporarily we would recommend you use your established e-mail contacts as these will be monitored regularly.
