Could your charity benefit from a minibus?

The last year and a half has been hard-hitting for charities, particularly as periods of lockdown and social distancing rules prevented many events and crucial fundraising opportunities.

Contract hire for charity minibuses 

Contract hire is by far the most popular option amongst our customers, as it offers all of the benefits of using a minibus without the commitment of ownership. Customers who choose contract hire pay a fixed monthly sum and receive the following benefits:  

·       Ease of administration by outsourcing many of the day-to-day admin tasks 

·       Ability to budget through fixed monthly rentals, improving cash flow 

·       Leasing allowance and VAT efficiencies unique to contract hire and leasing for applicable organisations 

·       Releases working capital which can be used for other projects or requirements 

·       Elimination of financial, maintenance and residual risk 

·       Repairs and maintenance carried out at your site by our qualified engineers. 

Contract purchase agreements for charity minibuses 

Charities who are able to fundraise towards a new minibus may prefer to opt for a contract purchase agreement.  

One of our recent customers asked for a simple formula. For example, “what would my upfront payment be if my ongoing budget for a minibus is just £400 per month +VAT?” 

The answer is that for an initial payment of £4,000 +VAT, you can have all of the benefits of a brand-new minibus including full maintenance which is part of our standard service to you. 

The good news too is that, if you prefer, you could even have a minibus on the road for no upfront payment.
