Marshall Leasing move into education sector

Over the past 25 years Marshall Leasing has built a major reputation within the company car leasing industry. We have won the ACFO fleet service company of the year twice and been recognised by Fleet News in this year’s sub 15000 vehicle Contract Hire company of the year. We have built a fleet of 7000 vehicles working with major clients and brands. As part of the fastest growing Motor Group in the UK (Marshall Motor Holdings) we are keen to build on our success and are looking to expand into new markets.

We have identified what we believe to be a significant opportunity within the education sector. Schools, Colleges and Universities all have a growing need for minibus transportation. There are already a number of brokers providing third party finance coupled to mini bus packages. The opportunity we have is primarily based on the premise that educational establishments and their decision makers need and want security and confidence in their supplier. When you are managing the process of transporting children and students, you simply can’t afford to take any chances.

Marshall has a distinct advantage over our competitors in this market because we fund our vehicles at our own risk. This means we are not brokers acting as a middle agent. Marshall has been in the transport business for over 106 years and we have a well established reputation supported by experience and genuine expertise. Our minibuses are sourced from our own dealers and we manage the whole process surrounding the ordering and delivery of vehicles. We can also provide guidance and support with regard to compliance, regulation and driver training.

Throughout our History Marshall has specialised in the customisation of vehicles, converting Land Rovers to Army ambulances and building vehicles for a varied range of uses. Marshall design and manufacture solutions. Marshall has managed the refurbishment of hundreds of London Buses through their engineering works so there really is a tradition and heritage that we can build upon.

Marshall Minibus is a natural evolution and we are really excited about the launch of this new proposition.
