Marshall Leasing COVID-19 operational statement
Like everyone else we are reacting to the COVID-19 situation as it develops. Following the government directive of the 23rd March 2020, delivery and collection of vehicles is no longer possible due to the closure of the operational network. Unfortunately, this means even pre-arranged deliveries have now been suspended along with the taxation of vehicles, with immediate effect.
We are aware that this might well impact on individual company car driver’s “benefit-in-kind” taxation, as vehicles will not be registered before the revised WLTP CO2 regime is implemented on 1st April 2020. This is unfortunate, but cannot be remedied
As a customer service based business we will make every effort to maintain our service levels whilst at the same time ensuring that the health and safety of our staff is not compromised. We have introduced operational procedures which will enable our business to continue working throughout the current circumstances. However there will no doubt be some disruptions to normal service. The nature of our business means that we are to some extent reliant on the provision of auxiliary services. Vehicle movements have now been put on hold. This will include new vehicle deliveries, termination collections and movement to/from storage.
We have in place procedures to ensure that our switchboard and Driver Services line remain accessible as far as is reasonably practical. Should these lines fall off temporarily we would recommend you use your established e-mail contacts as these will be monitored regularly.

Please be assured that your account manager and the customer service team will remain available by email.
We trust this information is of value and ask for your understanding during this period.
